5-8; corollas pale yellow, 8-9.1 mm, tubes glabrous or puberulent, throats abruptly dilated, lobes 0.7-1 mm. Flowering late summer-fall. Mountain slopes, clay or gravelly soils; of conservation concern; 1600-2500 m; Ariz., N.Mex., Utah.
